| Donald Mason, 53, passed away May 26, 2005, at the Scott County Hospital in Oneida. Born in Scott County, March 24, 2952, he was preceded in death by his father, Hobert Mason; father-in-law, R.D. Chambers; and one granddaughter, Shyann Mason. He was a member of Buffalo Bridge Baptist Church. He is survived by his mother, Emma Mason; his wife, Judy Chambers Mason; one son, Andy Mason and wife, Tina, of the Rock House community; four daughters: Amy Chambers and husband, Carter, of Annadell, Angie Mason and Abby Mason, both of the Rock House community, and Leann Kidd and husband, Glendon, of Ky.; five grandchildren, three brothers: Rev. Rhondy Mason and wife, Lorene, Arnold Mason and wife, Anita, and Charles Mason and wife, Cheryl; five sisters: Geraldine Newport and husband, Carl, Charlene Hatfield and husband, Bob, Maxine Wilson, Maddline Newport and husband, Dennis, and Allene Phillips and husband, Zendell; special friends from the Scott County Road Department; several nieces and nephews, and many other relatives. Funeral service was conducted May 29, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville, with Bro. Rhondy Mason and Bro. Dudley Harness officiating. Music was provided by Velva Sexton and Jamie Byrd. Interment followed in Smokey Creek Cemetery. Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville had charge of arrangements.
