| Wilma Carlene Marcum Buck, 97, of Maryville, formerly of Jamestown, Armathwaite, and Oneida, passed away March 29, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. William C. and Ola Smith Marcum; husband, Clyde C. Buck; daughter, Janet Elaine Buck; and brothers, Howard, Henry, and John Marcum. She was of the Baptist faith, was very active in crafts and family history, and for many years she taught at York Institute. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, First Families of Tennessee, Scott County First Settlers, and Eastern Star. She is survived by her nephew, David Marcum of Maryville; nieces: Anne Pearson of Maryville, and Kathy Mathiews and Terry Barth, both of Temple, Texas, a great-niece, and great-nephews.
