Joseph “Joey†Clayton Pergram, 35, of Helenwood, passed away March 13, 2020, at Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida. Born in LaFollette, September 15, 1984, he was preceded in death by his grandparents: Ralph Phillips, Espy Pergram, Sr., Nolan Carl Lowe and June Lowe. He is survived by his children, Ally Pergram and Zoey Pergram, both of Missouri, and Journey Blevins, J. Blevins and Joeie Pergram, all of Helenwood; parents, Espy Calvin Pergram, Jr., and Wanda Lowe Pergram; grandparents, Florence Pergram of Norma, and Annie Phillips of the Mill Branch community; brother, Robert (Jill) Pergram of Strunk, Ky.; sisters, Katrina (Scottie) Lowe of Pioneer, and Barbara Pergram of the Norma community; two nephews, six nieces, fiancée, Keesha Blevins; special friends, Randall Byrge and Heather Dennison; and many other relatives and friends.
